Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Hamro Khataa account and all associated data directly from within the app at any time. No form or email is required.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open Hamro Khataa on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete.
  5. You will be asked to sign in with Google once more to confirm your identity.
  6. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Data Is Deleted

Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion. All data is removed immediately upon confirmation. There is no retention period.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, contact us and we will manually delete your data within 30 days:
